We have implemented server redundancy so that if we ever were to experience a hardware failure, we have additional server capacity that's standing by, ready to kick-in automatically.

Our servers are located in Naperville, IL and are served by separate high-speed fiber optic connections and utilizes multiple Tier-1 Internet backbone providers. You get the highest in reliability and performance with 100% network availability including our redundant gigabit fiber bandwidth connections to the Internet. The facility is fitted with waterless fire-suppression systems, UPS and back-up generators, and environmental controls to ensure high-quality, uninterrupted service. The servers are continuously monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
